I love Cleveland, but it's nice to be reminded that New Yorkers have their own brand of kindness, even if they lack Midwestern hospitality. I guess I'd kind of forgotten that "knowing how to stay out of each other's way" might look inconsiderate even though it is the opposite in such a crowded city...
